SASA congratulates Governor Soludo over victory at 2025 gubernatorial poll

The Managing Director of the Special Anti-Touting Squad (SASA) in Anambra State, Hon. Monday Nwokoye, has congratulated Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo on his resounding victory in the just-concluded Anambra governorship election.

Chief Nwokoye made the commendation shortly after governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo was declared the winner in just concluded Anambra state governorship election by Independent National Electral  Commission (INEC). 

The Director  also commended the professionalism of the security agencies deployed for the election, he further appreciated the Inspector General of Police, Dr. Kayode Egbetokun, NPM, and all security personnel for ensuring a peaceful and credible electoral process.

Speaking shortly after the announcement of the results,  SASA  director Chief Nwokoye described the election as transparent and orderly, noting that the few isolated incidents recorded were swiftly contained by security operatives. He lauded the conduct of political parties and candidates for demonstrating maturity and sportsmanship throughout the exercise. “We are happy that the elections have come and gone peacefully. The security agencies did a great job, and the political parties and their candidates displayed a commendable spirit of brotherhood,” he  stated.

Nwokoye extended warm congratulations to Governor Soludo, describing him as “a man with a massive vision, game changer, Man of the people and a great dream for Ndi Anambra.” He expressed optimism that the governor’s reelection would usher in another phase of progress and development in the state. “Congratulations to Governor Soludo and to all Ndi Anambra for this collective victory. This is a win for peace, unity, and a better Anambra State,” he concluded.
