More Reaction Trails the 2026 Budget of #757.9bn as presented to Anambra state House of Assembly by governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo on 27th November 2025, at the state House of Assembly complex Awka.
The president general of Anambra state town Union Council, Youths Wing, Comrade Ken Okoli, said the 2026 budget presented to the state assembly by His Excellency Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo is a good way to go.
According to Comrade Okoli, the 2026 Appropriation bill termed *Changing Gear 3.0 Solution Continues* is going to bring a positive change to Ndi Anambra and mostly the rural areas.
*Our governor is a good man, he is doing well, the 2026 budget is a good way to go, it's going to bring more positive change and benefits to Ndi Anambra, mostly those in rural areas. He promised to build 30 public schools in rural areas across all the parts of the state. Don't you see that it will create more jobs and give our children in those areas an opportunity to compete with their counterpart in urban areas in the academic pursuit, he stated*.
He advised the agencies, parastatals and ministries that will implement the budget not to miss place priorities but should cue with the vision of the governor in making Anambra state great.
Also reacting, the member representing Ihiala 1 Constituency and Chief Whip, Anambra state 8th Assembly, Hon Barr Jude C. Ngobili said the 2026 budget presented to the state House of Assembly is a good one.
According to the Chief Whip, the changing gear of 3.0 as stated by the governor shows he wants to do more for Ndi Anambra , he wants to give more democracy dividends to the state.
*Our governor is doing well, his changing gear 3.0 solution continues as stated in his budget shows that Mr governor is even more ready and prepared to give more democracy dividends to the people of Anambra state, that is why we are behind him, he said.*
*I advice the ministries, agencies and parastatals to cure with the vision of governor Soludo in implementing the 2026 budget for the good of Ndi Anambra he stated*
He further said Ihiala people needed infrastructural development now that lives has returned to the local government after the governor pursuit criminals that has been tormenting the area, according to him the people of Ihiala needs Water, good roads and most importantly electricity.
