Why Soludo must win Anambra November 8 governorship poll again

Residents in Anambra State have armed themselves with their voter’s card to exercise their franchise on November 8th 2025. From the outcome of the various opinion polls on the governorship election in the state conducted by different groups and the media, Professor Chukwuma Soludo emerged the preferred candidate among the sixteen contenders.

Evidently, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has tackled crime and criminality with dispatch. He commits security votes to what it is actually meant for, fighting crimes head-on. And created enabling environment for businesses to thrive and restored investors confidence in Anambra State which is why the State has become foreign and local investment destination. The State is today, a safe haven because Professor Soludo believes that the success of his socio-economic policies is dependent on his capability to ensure and guarantee the protection of life and property in the State. He has wrestled the State from the claws and jaws of kidnappers, armed robbers and other acts of banditry, having committed enormous resources and intelligence into securing the entire State. Therefore, he deserves to be voted in to complete the second tenure as the governor of Anambra State.

Soludo’s style of leadership is a model of progress, defined by remarkable giant strides in education, healthcare delivery, infrastructure, agriculture, youth empowerment, social development, etc. Through the instituted good governance and inclusivity, Anambra State has emerged as a beacon of stability and compass. He is a governor devoid of hubris. As a servant leader, his story is never about grabbing the headlines but it is about holding the line of integrity and discipline when others are craving for popularity and bold headlines on the front of daily newspapers.

Before now, Soludo had already served Nigeria with distinction as the governor of Central Bank of Nigeria and had carried himself with the decorum befitting such lofty position in the country. He stabilized the country’s economy via various monetary policies. His services as CBN governor remains a case study in how public service can be a noble calling when exercised with vision, restraint and integrity. He did not acquire a whole community as estate in Abuja or elsewhere rather he bequeathed a name unsoiled by scandal and a life unpunctured by excesses. Governor Soludo who is fondly called Soludo Solution because of numerous achievements in the State is a visionary leader and an altruistic servant to the people.

Governor Chukwuma Soludo believes in service delivery. He is of the view that human life is meaningless without good service delivery. He also believes that involvement in occupying leadership position should be gingered by service and should motivate the holder to take giant stride and remain attentive despite the competing and complicity interest.

Obviously overwhelmed with his unprecedented achievements and in a bid to appreciate him, over fifteen traditional rulers from Anambra North in Anambra State threw a chieftaincy ceremony in Aguleri that witnessed thousands of people from various strata in honor of the governor in which he was bestowed “Olu Atuegwu” (one who does not get scared by work). And this gesture has attested to his wide accepted outside his own senatorial zone, Anambra South.

The Anambra State governor has never hidden his strong commitment and love to the protection of human life through commendable ventures that foster peace, unity and progress. His sense of justice, fairness and personality leads to inescapable conclusion that by the grace of Almighty God, Soludo must win the governorship election in Anambra State again.

He has strongly demonstrated his faith in the greatness and unity of the Nigerian nation through qualitative and regular inputs in proffering solutions to the multifaceted challenges of socio-political issues confronting the nation. He also makes pronouncement on issues of regional and cross continental nature.

As the lion that fears no rattle in the forest, the governor has initiated a big move to establish an international Airport in Anambra this is aimed at industrializing the State to become the Dubai in Nigeria.

Soludo’s humility, resourcefulness and human nature has attracted so much backing for his move to return to the Government House Awka and this enormous support from individuals and groups has rendered the campaign trains of other candidates from various political parties in Anambra State punctured. Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo must win again.
