Jubilation As Ebonyi Indigence In Anambra State Elect It's First Executive Leadership

Last Sunday 27th of July 2025 is a day to be remembered and respected by the indigenes of Ebonyi state residing in Anambra state as they made historic milestone with the formal election of its first executive leadership.
The election which took place at Joedon shopping hall, Nkpor in Idemili North local government area of Anambra state and had the delegates from the thirteen local government areas of Ebonyi state signifies watershed moment in fostering unity, love, representation and purposeful development among Ebonyians living in Anambra.
The election witnessed by representative from Anambra state ministry of information, the president general of non indigents in Anambra state, Security agencies, press, saw the emergence of Chief Moses Ogbonna Ofoke, Chairman/CEO of Mosfank Group of Companies LTD as Inaugural President General of Ebonyi Unity Forum.
The emergency of Chief Moses Ogbonna Ofoke and other elected officers according to observers marks a new era of organized leadership among the vibrant and industrious diaspora community in Anambra.
Earlier in his opening speech the Chairman of the electoral committee Barr Victor Alo assured contestants of free, fair and credible election and advised all the contestants to accept the outcome of the election as according to him was a game of two bloody brothers.
In his acceptance speech, the new president general of Ebonyi unity forum Chief Moses Ogbonna Ofoke on behalf of other elected officers, emphasized that the establishment of Ebonyi unity forum was not just timely but imperative. Noting that Ebonyi indigence in Anambra state can now speak with one voice
He promised to carry all the Ebonyi indigence from the thirteen (13) local government areas residing in the twenty one local government areas of Anambra state along, saying the unity and warfare of Ebonyians tops his agenda.
He commended the governor of Anambra state Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo for the peaceful co-existance between the two sister state mostly for the appointment of some of their brothers into his government, noting that Ebonyi indigence in Anambra are solemnly behind his administration.
In his vote of thanks, the chairman of the electoral committee, Barr Victor Alo on behalf of his committee commended the sportsmanship exhibited by the contestants and the voters during and after the election. He thanked the good people of Ebonyi for founding him and his team worthy to serve as the electoral committee of what he described as a historic election.
