2025: Ukachukwu-Ekwunife coming to reset Anambra State physically and spiritually

The All Progress Congress (APC) Governorship Candidate in the forthcoming Anambra State Governorship Election Contest, Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, has stated that his aspiration to lead the state as a Governor is inspired by the overriding need to physically and spiritually reset the state, which he has the zeal, determination, and fully qualified for.

Prince Ukachukwu explained that as an anointed man of God, vastly exposed in the diverse aspects of life, and born, brought up and well grounded in what the 'Anambra-spirit' is all about, he has all it would take, more than any other person in the contest, to pilot the affairs of the state at this crucial point in time.

The frontline political player in Anambra State and Nigeria, popularly known as 'Ikuku Oma' (balming gale/fresh air) because of his good nature and unhidden large-heartedness, made this known in his interactive session with members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), at the Godwin Ezeemo International Press Centre, Awka.

The Governorship hopeful, who is powering a formidable joint ticket with popular former Senator, Member of the House of Representatives and Governorship aspirant of note, Chief Dr Mrs Uche Ekwunife (Iyom), expressed dissatisfaction with how the current and former leaderships of the state have kept her (the state) in socioeconomic stagnation, despite her immense richness in human and material resources.

The Ukpor, Nnewi South Local Government Area-born top businessman, industrialist, political giant, compassionate religious leader and unassuming philanthropist, pointed out that Anambra State needs the intervention of persons like him and his experienced running-mate to put on the right spiritual rail for the pursuit of her physical aspirations.

Ably represented on the session with  the Fourth Estate of Realm by his Campaign Pointman, Chief Dozie Ikedife, identified unending insecurity, nose-diving Education sector, infrastructural dearth, poor attention to agriculture and food production, the neglected health sector and the virtually unexplored mineral resources of the state, as needing urgent attention.

The old boy of the Dennis Memorial Grammer School (DMGS), Onitsha and University of Calabar (UNICAL), used the opportunity to convince the whole body of the Press in Anambra State of his firm grasp of  the State's socioeconomic dynamics with his effortless analyses  of the variety of the  issues placed before him, pledging not to disappoint Anambrarians and all in the State.
