Anambra Guber: Gov. Soludo's Second Tenure Not Negotiable--- Market Leader

The Chairman Grain Seed Dealers Association Enugu /Onitsha express way behind Army barrack Onitsha in Onitsha North local government area of Anambra state, Chief Chijioke Okpara ( Ebubechukwuzo N'Oko) said governor Soludo's second tenure bid is not negotiable.

The Chairman who spoke through his secretary Mr Obiora Egbo said the achievement of His Excellency Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo in Anambra state has given him a winning ticket and his 4 + 4  tenure is guaranteed.

His words:*The good roads network, chasing away touts from our roads r and streets, with his giant stride on security and many other laudable achievements in Anambra state has given him a pass mark and so he is not contesting with any body, we are assuring him of our hundred percent vote come November 8, he stated*.

Ebubechukwuzo appealed to the state governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo to look into the new increments of the shop levies from seventeen thousand to thirty thousand naira which he said is a big challenge to them as most of the traders in the market are women who found it difficult to afford the money. He also appealed to the governor to assist the traders  with the provision of electricity or solar lights as part of security in the market. 

The Chairman also called on the federal government to look into the rising insecurity in the northern part of the country as according to him, the traders don't go to the north to buy goods because of insecurity. *We don't go to north to buy our goods by ourselves again as before, what we does is to transfer money to our customers there and they would in turn do well bill, we don't negotiate prices as traders, so it is a challenge, he insisted*

The market leader  commended the traders in the market for the solidarity and  support giving him and his team since they assumed office as caretaker committee to the market, which he believed has contributed to the tremendous achievement in the market by his administration.
